Overview
County Staff was directed to review the Bull Run Mountain Service District and recommend any changes that staff determines appropriate for the Board's consideration. The County Attorney's Office is directed to review any staff recommended changes for legal issues. County staff should provide its recommendations in a memo to the Board and/or a presentation to the Board at a future meeting as staff determines appropriate.
