Animal Advisory Committee Terms

Overview

Chair Jefferson directed the County Executive to work with staff to place on an upcoming Board of County Supervisors’ meeting agenda, a resolution to amend the terms of the Animal Advisory Committee from one year, expiring each December 31, to a term that is coterminous with the term of the Board. The members of the Animal Advisory Committee shall continue to serve at the pleasure of the Board during that term. The County Attorney’s Office is directed to review the resolution for any legal issues.
