Reconstituting Joint County / Schools Capital Process Team

Overview

County staff were directed to research what it would take to, and engage the School Division in, reconstituting the Joint County / Schools Capital Process Team which was established in Spring 2017, and comprised the Joint Board Committee for Capital and the Joint Staff Work Group for Capital. Such research should, where applicable, include timelines, fiscal impacts, and other pertinent impacts for consideration by the Board. When the research and work is complete, the County Executive and County staff should report back to the Board with the research and recommendations during a Board meeting or by memorandum, as appropriate.
