Draft Amendment to Board's Rules of Procedure

Overview

County staff was directed to draft an amendment to the Board's Rules of Procedure to allow Consolidated Land-Use public hearings to be scheduled during the afternoon portion of Board meetings. The draft amendment should be brought forward for Board consideration with the other proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure which the Board discussed at its Extended Work Session on January 29 and 30, 2024, and agreed to consider at a future Board Meeting.
