Employee Homeownership Program

Overview

The County Executive was directed to research the feasibility of establishing an employee homeownership incentive program.. Such research should include program structure, fiscal impact, and other pertinent information for consideration by the Board. When the research is completed, the County Executive should report back to the Board with the findings and a recommendation during a Board meeting, or by memorandum, as appropriate.
