BPOL Update (DIR 23-11)

Overview

County staff was directed to bring forward for discussion and potential action the findings of Directive (DIR) 23-11, which is on the Business, Professional and Occupational License (BPOL) tax. A presentation response to the Directive is requested to be placed on a Board Agenda that gives the Board and staff time to properly develop, discuss, and draft potential changes to the BPOL ordinance and solicit input from the business community and public.
