Revolving Loan Fund

Overview

The County Executive was directed to engage with staff to work with Prince William Water, formerly the Prince William County Service Authority and its legal counsel, and the County Attorney's Office to explore the creation of a revolving loan fund utilizing the County's water and sewer credits to encourage affordable housing projects. Staff recommendations, including draft guidelines, should be brought back to the Board for its consideration in a memo or presentation at a future meting, as staff determines appropriate.
