Resolution to Initiate Zoning Map Amendment

Overview

County Staff was directed to bring to the Board a resolution to initiate a zoning map amendment to rezone GPINS 7594-98-1801, 7694-07-4561, 7694-17-0735, and 7594-96-8530, from PBD, Planned Business District to A-1, Agricultural to help facilitate recordation of a historic preservation easement on these properties. County staff should work with the Chair to schedule this resolution for Board consideration at a future Board meeting.
