Incentivize Revitalization in Prince William County

Overview

County staff was directed to update the Board on redevelopment, revitalization, and reinvestment strategies currently in progress within targeted communities and commercial corridors throughout the County. Additionally, staff will identify and recommend Federal, State, and local funding options that can be leveraged to encourage and incentivize these efforts and future efforts. This information and recommendations will be shared with the Board as a presentation at a future meeting.
