Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Remove Route 28 from Mobility Plan

Overview

Since the Route 28 Bypass is no longer a viable option, County staff was directed to work with the Planning Office to prepare a resolution to initiate a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to remove the Route 28 Bypass from the Mobility Plan and add the widening of existing Route 28 from four to six lanes into the Mobility Plan between the Manassas City line and Fairfax County line.
