Improvements to Forest Greens Golf Course Clubhouse

Overview

County staff was directed to bring before the Board for its consideration at an upcoming Board meeting a proposed resolution to transfer, budget, and appropriate $250,000 in Potomac District Proffer funds to a new Capital Improvement Project fund to start the planning, design, and construction of improvements to expand the capacity of the Forest Greens Golf Course Clubhouse, specifically including the Grill Room.
