Proffer Funds Appropriated to Well

Overview

The County Executive was directed to work with County staff to review the Coles District Proffer Funds and determine if it would be appropriate to use $15,000 for the well. The County Attorney's Office will review for legal issues. The County Executive will then bring back an appropriate agenda item for the Board's consideration to budget and appropriate any available funds.
