Overview

Authorize and direct the County Executive to work with staff to exercise the buyback option in the Purchase Agreement and Deed for 7074 Currie Farm Drive, in Haymarket, Virginia, for Historic Preservation Purposes; and authorize the County Executive or his designee to endorse the necessary documents, approved as to form by the County Attorney’s Office, to effectuate the Board’s action and this resolution. (RESOLUTION NO. 25-392 IS ATTACHED)
