Long Park Proffers

Overview

Gainesville Magisterial District has approximately $1,100,000 in proffers available restricted to Long Park from the Carter's Mill rezoning. County staff was directed to transfer, budget, and appropriate the funds. If GHBL agrees to accept direct billing for light usage, rather than through the County, it likely can be done without an increase to the operating budget.
