Lake Montclair Silt

Overview

The County Executive and County Attorney are directed to work on an agreement with the Montclair Property Owners Association (MPOA) for the County to coordinate and arrange for the deposit of the dredge / silt material from Lake Montclair onto MCBQ by the County through the IGSA. Once an agreement is finalized with the MPOA, staff will bring it back to the Board for consideration and appropriate action.
