Research and Analysis of Lifting Tax Exemption Moratorium
Overview
County staff is directed to research and make recommendations for lifting the moratorium on tax exemptions by designation set forth in Prince William County Code Section 26-235. The research and recommendations shall include an analysis of the fiscal impacts of any recommendation(s), and shall also include draft amendments of Title 26, Article XVI (Property Exempted by Local Classification or Designation on or after January 1, 2003) of the Prince William County Code, as necessary.
