Overview
The County Executive was directed to invite representatives from Dominion Energy, PJM (grid operator), DEQ, and the Health Department to provide a briefing to the Board given the announcement recently by DEQ considering the emission variance and what is anticipated to be preventing power outages from March - July and the Data Center diesel generator use.
