Review of Boundaries Related to Current Data Center Opportunity Overlay District

Overview

When prioritizing their work in accordance with the various laws and policies and in accordance with past Board resolutions, to include Res. No. 21-327, County staff was directed to expedite a review of the boundaries to the current Data Center Opportunity Overlay District and to recommend any suggested adjustments to the Overlay District's boundaries. Staff should provide the information, along with any staff analysis and/or recommendations, to the Board in a memo or presentation to the Board at a future meeting, as staff determines appropriate.
