Overview
When prioritizing their work in accordance with the various laws and policies and in accordance with past Board resolutions, the County Executive was directed to work with staff to expedite the exploration of the elimination of the Data Center Opportunity Zone Overlay District. This prioritized review should include all of the topics and follow-up steps identified in the October 7, 2025, directive on this matter.
