Overview

Staff was directed to schedule a public hearing for the Board on February 28, 2023, to consider an amendment to Chapter 14 to the Noise Ordinance of the County Code. The amendment would remove the exemption of commercial HVAC equipment at night exempting residential with a sunset clause of one (1) year from the date of the amendment of Chapter 14.
