Overview

County staff was directed to schedule a public hearing on February 20, 2024, to allow the Board to consider extending the sunset clause for the provision until February 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. The extension of the sunset clause will provide County staff the time needed to assess the noise impacts associated with Data Centers and develop recommended changes to the Noise Ordinance for the Board's consideration.
