Create Working Group Related to Noise Ordinance
Overview
The County Executive was directed to create a working group made up of County residents who live near Data Centers as well as Data Center industry representatives and other stakeholders and County staff to work together over the next year to review the status of the amendment to the Noise Ordinance and to report back to the Board with any recommendations as to whether the sunset clause should be removed or any other appropriate amendments.
